Keystone Emergency Management Association (KEMA)
The mission of KEMA is to foster and promote a high degree of capability and competency of the emergency management professionals and volunteers in every political subvision of the Commonwealth by contributing to the common cause of protecting lives and property from both man-made and natural disasters through education, sharing of information, and encouragement of partnerships with emergency response organizations.
