Chanceford Township Fire Damages Five Vehicles
(Chanceford Township) – This morning at 5:13 a.m., the Felton Fire Department was dispatched to 151 Cold Stream Trail in Chanceford Township. Once on scene, firefighters found five vehicles, including an RV, on fire. Officials with the Felton Fire Department believe 3 of the vehicles are a total loss, including the RV. The other two vehicles received cosmetic damage. The fire also caused minor damage to the exterior of the home on the property. The family is occupying the home at this time. The fire was cleared at 8:15 a.m. and all units were placed back in service. A Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal is investigating. The Felton Fire Department was the primary responding agency. Felton firefighters were assisted by: Craley Community Fire Department, New Bridgeville Memorial Fire Co., Yoe Fire Co., Dallastown Rescue Fire Co. #1, Leo Independent Fire Engine Co. #1 (Red Lion), Friendship Fire Co. of Hellam, Loganville Fire Co., Fawn Grove Citizens Volunteer Fire Co., Airville Volunteer Fire Co., Laurel Fire Co. #1 (Windsor), North Hopewell-Winterstown Volunteer Fire. ### |
